Every automation we ship — product or applied — runs on infrastructure the client or user controls. Not a feature. The reason: automation that touches real business data shouldn't require trusting a third party's cloud by default. It's harder to build this way. We think it's the right tradeoff.
An agent that can take real actions — send an email, deploy a workflow, place a call — needs a checkpoint before anything irreversible. Every system we build has one, whether that's "suggest" mode before automatic, or a validation pass before deploy.
Hacroo started in 2024 across education, cybersecurity, a freelance marketplace, and Industry 4.0 automation tools. The automation vertical is the one that became the whole company — Gydmation AI and our automation services are both downstream of that.
