Hacroo Technologies offers one software product, Gydmation AI, with fixed public prices, and custom automation, AI chatbot and voice agent services, which are priced per project after a free call. Both are explained below.
Gydmation AI (software subscription)
Gydmation AI turns plain-English requests into working n8n workflows. Its prices are fixed and published:
- Free: $0 / ₹0 per month. 5 workflow generations a month using your own AI API key. All templates and one-click n8n deploy included.
- Pro (international): $29 per month, including 1,000 AI credits. No API key needed.
- Pro (India): ₹1,999 per month + 18% GST, which is ₹2,358.82 per month in total.
- AI credit top-ups (Pro only): one-time purchases from $5 to $100. Unused top-ups carry over.

Automation, AI chatbot and voice agent services
Every business has different systems, volumes and goals, so we don't sell these services at one fixed price. Instead, you get a clear, fixed quote before any work starts. Here's how it works:
- Free discovery call (about 30 minutes). We learn what you want to automate, which tools you use, and what success looks like. There's no charge and no obligation.
- Written proposal within 3 business days. It lists the exact scope, deliverables, timeline, the fixed project price, and any running costs (see below).
- You decide. Work starts only after you approve the proposal in writing and pay the advance.
- Payment schedule. Usually 50% in advance and 50% on delivery. Larger projects are split into milestones (for example 40% / 40% / 20%), so you pay as work is delivered.
- Optional support plan. After delivery you can choose a monthly support and maintenance plan, quoted separately. You can cancel it any time, with effect from the next billing month.
What affects the price
- How complex the workflow or conversation logic is, and how many steps it has
- How many tools and systems need to be connected (CRM, email, sheets, payments, calendars and so on)
- Expected volume, such as messages, calls or workflow runs per month
- Languages supported (for chatbots and voice agents)
- Hosting choice: your own n8n or servers, or hosting managed for you
- The level of ongoing support you want
Running costs from other providers
Some solutions use paid third-party services, for example AI model usage, phone numbers and call minutes for voice agents, or hosting. Wherever possible these are set up on your own accounts, so you pay the provider directly and keep full control. If we pay for something on your behalf, it is listed separately in the proposal and passed on at cost, with no hidden mark-up.
Taxes and invoices
- Clients in India: prices are in INR, plus 18% GST. You receive a GST invoice from Hacroo Technologies.
- Clients outside India: prices are in USD, invoiced as an export of services.
How to pay
For services: bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS), UPI, or card through our payment partner for clients in India; international bank transfer or card for clients outside India. Payment details are on your invoice. Gydmation AI subscriptions are paid on the Gydmation AI website.
Quote validity
A written proposal is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent. After that, we're happy to re-confirm or update it.
