Hacroo Technologies is a company based in Panruti, Tamil Nadu, India. This site describes our products and automation services and lets you get in touch with us. It is not an application you sign into, and it does not process payments.
This site collects data in exactly one place: the contact form. If you submit it, we receive whatever you typed — typically your name, email address, company, the topic you selected, and your message. We don't collect anything else. There's no account system, no user profiles, and no data collected just from browsing the site.
Submissions are delivered to our inbox using FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service. When you submit the form, your entry passes through FormSubmit's servers on its way to our email — they act as our data processor for this one purpose. We don't control FormSubmit's own infrastructure, but we don't ask them to store, sell, or use your data for anything beyond that single delivery. Once delivered, your message lives in our email inbox like any other email we receive, kept only as long as we need it to respond to you or maintain a record of the conversation.
This site sets no cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. See our Cookie Policy for the one exception (font loading) and the full detail.
Our blog and Research pages are part of this same site and covered by this same policy. Gydmation AI (gydmation.com) is a separate property with its own privacy policy — once you click through to it, this policy no longer applies.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email support@hacroo.com and we'll act on it. Since the only data we hold is whatever you've sent us directly, this is usually a quick, complete deletion.
If this policy changes in any way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't apply material changes retroactively without telling you.
