We want every customer to feel the deal was fair, and we want to stay a sustainable business. This policy explains, in plain terms, when you can cancel and what happens to your money. It applies to purchases from Hacroo Technologies.
Gydmation AI has its own refund policy, which applies to all Gydmation AI plans and credit top-ups: gydmation.com/refund-policy. In short, you can cancel Pro at any time and it stops future billing, and we always fix billing mistakes such as a double charge or a charge after you cancelled.
The discovery call is free. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
If a deliverable doesn't do what the written proposal says, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it at no extra cost. If we can't make it work as agreed, we'll refund the payment for that part of the work.
If Hacroo Technologies has to cancel a project for any reason, we refund everything you have paid for work not yet delivered and hand over any completed work.
Monthly support plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing month; the current month is not refunded, and support continues until it ends.
Money already spent on third-party services for your project (for example AI usage, phone numbers, call minutes, domains or hosting bought on your behalf) can't be refunded once spent, because we can't recover it from those providers. These costs are always listed in your proposal, and where possible they are on your own accounts.
Email hello@hacroo.com with your name, invoice number and a short reason. We'll acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm the refund amount, if any, within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are sent within 7 business days to the original payment method (or to your bank account for bank transfers). Your bank or card provider may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.
If you're not happy with how a cancellation or refund was handled, write to the Hacroo Support Team at support@hacroo.com (details on our contact page). These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
