These terms cover use of hacroo.com. Gydmation AI has its own separate terms of service, since it's a distinct product with its own pricing and usage rules.
This site is informational: it describes Hacroo Technologies, our product (Gydmation AI), and our automation, chatbot, and voice agent services, and gives you a way to contact us. Browsing it and submitting the contact form doesn't create any contract, subscription, or paid obligation on its own.
Automation & Agent Workflows, AI Chatbots, and Voice Agents are delivered as custom engagements, not off-the-shelf purchases made through this website. Scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for any engagement are agreed separately in writing (typically a proposal or contract) before work begins. These Terms & Conditions don't set that scope — the signed agreement for your specific engagement does, and takes precedence over anything on this page if the two ever conflict.
The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to Hacroo Technologies unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to link to it or quote it with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, resell it, or represent it as your own.
We keep this site accurate to the best of our knowledge, but it's marketing and informational content, not a warranty. Specifics about a particular engagement — deliverables, pricing, timelines — are governed by that engagement's own signed agreement, not by general statements on this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from use of this website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
